 살아 본 개인적인 경험을 얘기해드리자면요,

집 주인분 굉장히 착하시고 관섭 전혀 1도 없어요.

여름에 조금 더워서 에어컨 온도 더 낮춰 달라고 부탁했더니, 중국에 잠시 계셨는데 불구하고 다른 분 보내서 바로 조치해 주시구요.

여름에 춥게 지냈어요.

집에 전등이나 어떤 문제가 있어서 연락드리면 바로 당일 조치해주시구요.

이 지역대가 아이들이 많아요 그래서 치안도 굉장히 좋구요. 조용한 곳입니다. 할로윈 때도 북적북적 했었네요.

세탁기, 건조기, 인터넷, 수도 모든 것 다 포함입니다. 무제한으로 쓰세요.

1 Bedroom에 1Living 있구요.

저는 아는 행님하고 같이 지내서 한 명은 Bedroom에 한 명은 Living에 침대 설치해서 살았는데요. 전혀 불편함 없었구요.

Bed는 접이식이라 공간 활용도 좋고 사이즈는 Queen size에요.

커플이나 부부 분이 살기엔 더할나위 없구요.
